Beacon and tower were replaced with a high intensity beacon and 70-foot tower with motorized winch. A vault building with lightning protection was provided for housing the airfield lighting regulators and electrical panels. Backup power was provided for airfield lighting from an existing generator. Airfield lighting was controlled via a lighting control panel and radio controller.
