The Maury County Regional Airport needed to relocate its existing parallel taxiway to allow for larger aircraft to use the airport. In addition, the radii for taxiway connectors were required to comply with FAA’s major revisions to radius requirements. Puckett Engineering provided electrical design for LED taxiway edge lighting, runway and taxiway LED signage, and primary and secondary wind cones. This also included replacing the constant current regulator for taxiway lighting. All wiring for airfield lighting was installed in an underground conduit and included a counterpoise grounding system for lightning protection. Construction admin services were also provided.
