Puckett Engineering designed and commissioned closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance systems for Metro Nashville schools from 2002 to 2010. The projects included new CCTV systems and modifications to existing systems. The CCTV systems included digital video recording systems, monitors, connection to local area networks, indoor and outdoor cameras, lightning/surge protection, and power circuits. In some cases, fiber optics were used for outdoor applications due to distance and/or lightning protection. Construction administration services were also provided, including bid evaluations, equipment submittal reviews, record drawings, equipment inventory lists, and site observations.
